Managing Partner Message

Peter & Co. Chartered Accountants (“Peter & Co.”) was established in 1990 by myself. The firm was initially focused on offering Audit and Tax Services to support Small & Medium clients in the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. In a few years, and as we got momentum concomitant to our quality of delivery and client’s satisfaction, Peter & Co. increased the strength of its resources and along the way gained trust of some blue-chip clients.

In the year 2015 Aneel Peter joined to steer forward Peter & Co. with the best of his energy, and international experience that he gained over a decade of working for two of the big4 companies in assurance and advisory services. Aneel’s presence gave me reassurance that the firm’s legacy is strong and we have now outgrown so much more in the past six years that our clientele now includes companies from energy sector, telecom, information technology, non-for-profit organizations, financial institutions, manufacturing, textile, education, health, and other sectors.

In the year 2021, Peter & Co. became an independent member firm of Allinial Global. Allinial Global is the 2nd largest association of independent accounting and consulting firms in the world. Founded in 1969, Allinial Global has 248 member firms all over the world generating over $4 billion in collective revenues. Being a part of Allinial Global gives us global outreach and access to a waste pool of resources as well knowledge across the world.

Our collective approach is solution oriented and where necessary is tailor made to best meet client’s expectation. Our people are our assets, together we have achieved approved status of Authorized Intermediary for providing corporate services from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). I am also pleased to share that Peter & Co. is a Gold Employer of ACCA, UK and is an approved trainer for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) as well as Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).

The world economy has been changing at a phenomenal speed. I believe that we at Peter & Co., and our clients are not immune to these changes. It is time that we as service providers upgrade our offerings from the conventional tax, assurance, and advisory services.
